Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Serves a lot!

What you need:

  • As much seeds a pumpkin gives you!
  • Salt or NOT

Method:

I always say that the best part of Halloween is roasting the seeds and making pumpkin soup!!

After you take all the pumpkin’s guts and seeds out, separate the seeds from all the flesh, wash and rinse, then pat them dry.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Remember, using 100% salt is better than refined and processed. I always use Himalayan or Celtic.

Mix them well with the salt and lay them on a non-stick roasting tray and put them in the oven for 10 minutes, shaking the tray halfway.

Take them out and enjoy! One of the healthiest snacks you can have!
