What you need:
- 12 Padron Peppers
- 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Sea Salt
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Prepare your roasting oven dish.
Wash and dry the peppers.
Massage them with the salt and olive oil.
And stick them in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
Remember, using 100% salt is better than refined and processed. I always use Himalayan or Celtic.
Take them out, let them cool and enjoy!
They make a great accompaniment to many dishes! Or part of a tapas night at home!
