Labneh & Avocado Salad

Serves 2

Prep Time: 10’

What you need:

  • 1 Romaine lettuce head, washed and chopped
  • 6 to 8 Pieces of Sundried Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 Small Avocado, cut into chunks
  • 100g Labneh Cheese, crumbled (I used Cow Labneh)
  • Handful of pomegranate seeds
  • Sesame Seeds to taste


  • Olive Oil
  • Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Wash and prepare all your ingredients. Put them all in a large salad bowl, pour the dressing over, mix well and enjoy!

It’s super refreshing! I loved it!
