What you need:
- 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
- ½ Cup Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Dark Cacao Powder
- 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tbsp Baking Soda
- ½ Tsp Sea Salt
- 200 grams Milk chocolate Chips
- 200 grams White Chocolate Chips
- 3 large or 4 small ripe Bananas, mashed
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Mix your dry ingredients together in a separate bowl, in the exception of the chocolate chips.
Mix your wet ingredients together in a separate bowl.
Mix the 2 together. Add the chocolate chips.
Fill the cupcake holders with your mix and bake for 20 minutes.
Let them cool on a rack.
